Why OIM uses Remote Manager (RM)?
Remote Managers are “agents” in OIM that allow code to run on a specific machine or server. If OIM is installed on a Linux server for example, some code may be executed on a Windows machine using a Remote Manager.
What are Service Accounts?
Service accounts are general administrator accounts (for example, admin1, admin2, admin3, etc.) that are used for maintenance purposes. Usually these accounts are used to allow one system (rather than a user) to interact with another system.
